Winnowill is the greatest Villainess evarrr! I love love love her! She is from a series called Elfquest which, if you haven't read it, shame on you! Go get your copy now and do so! Surprisingly this costume took about 1 week to make. Everything was drafted off of a swimsuit block, including the shell of the robe/dress and the fitted lining. The wig is 3 wigs combined, and it weighs about 30 lbs and 7 feet long... it was hell on my neck.. but well worth it.
