This is yet another finally-colored-it-lazyface pictures that I sketched forever ago. My original intent with the sketch was supposed to be a picture of Marin's image fading away into the sky as Link remembers her.

In the game she asks him never to forget the song she sings or her... and it prompted this image originally.

It's sort of similar to the old cg I did of myself and *pikminlink with the text "Will you remember as time goes on?"

This picture is supposed to depict Link back in Hyrule after the events of Link's Awakening, standing on the shores remembering her.

This is very beautiful. I have very fond memories of playing a link to the past and Link's Awakening as a kid and always thought the ending was bittersweet. I'm sure Link wasn't stranded in the middle of the ocean for long, he managed to return to Hyrule somehow :)

This game will always hold a special place in my heart. It was the first LoZ game I ever played and, in many ways, is still my favorite. And Marin is by far better than most of the LoZ female characters that came after her.
