I've never actually seen this series and I don't know much about it. It's called Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. Anyway Tristen Citrine (www.tristencitrine.com) really loves this series and wanted me to cosplay with her. She told me to do "Noel" so I pulled up some photos and surprised her with the costume. This photo is about 3 years old because I hated how the wig turned out. I mean it's seriously hideous... but I suppose I may as well show a pic or two since I DID make the costume. It's always been my mysterious "costume that never existed" lol. ^^
