Meer Campbell is my favorite character (aside from Athrun) in Gundam Seed Destiny!! Since I don't have a large chest size My sister took on the role of Meer and I the role of Lacus. It was really really fun! This is my sister in the costume I made for her of Meer Campbell.

The skirt--is very very awesome. I am trying to make this outfit--but its hugely difficult. The skirt esp. Its a low rider but it comes away from the body? Its hard to connect the front of it, do you have any suggestions?

just use the natural slope of your hips to make it droop. In the front it just has hooks and eyes.
